Dr. Tom Pinkson, "tomás", is a transpersonal psychologist in private practice who helped start the second hospice program in the United States and has served as a Clinical Consultant to the Center for Attitudinal Healing in Sausalito, CA since 1977 working with children, adults and families facing life threatening illness.  In 1993 he completed an eleven year shamanic apprenticeship with Huichol shamans in Mexico in a Bull Ceremony initiating him into the world of shamanism and the "mara 'kame", the shaman.

Tom has studied with indigenous elders around the world for over 35 years and utilizes shamanism and  indigenous wisdom ways and attitudinal healing in his work helping people from all walks of life —individuals, groups, business and corporate executives seeking ways to bring spirit into their companies, to find their heart path and the power to walk it to "completion", right into the death of their physical bodies and their return "home" into Spirit.

Tom also developed a successful nationally recognized wilderness treatment modality for heroin addicts in 1972 that included mountain climbing and shamanic vision questing which he continues to offer to this day to those seeking deeper vision, power and wisdom for their lives.
